Preparing a dealer business review
A useful review focuses on a few operating decisions supported by project evidence.
A practical approach
Bring the agreed scorecard, unresolved issues and examples of both smooth and difficult handoffs. Separate an unusual event from a recurring pattern. End with named owners and dates for the changes both sides accepted. Save the review notes where the next meeting can start from the previous commitments rather than retelling the same problems.
Put it into practice
- Bring representative evidence
- Separate patterns from exceptions
- Record agreed actions
General workflow guidance. Confirm current responsibilities, availability and terms with the appropriate team. This article is not a project-specific technical assessment or a promise of compensation.
