Recognizing quality work on a leaderboard
A leaderboard can encourage useful habits when the underlying measures are well defined.
A practical approach
Make the counted events and reporting period visible. Include context where a comparison would otherwise be misleading, such as different roles or incomplete periods. Recognize strong customer records and reliable handoffs alongside volume. Do not reward changing dispositions or rushing incomplete appointments simply because those actions improve a displayed total.
Put it into practice
- Show metric definitions
- Compare compatible roles
- Recognize record quality
General workflow guidance. Confirm current responsibilities, availability and terms with the appropriate team. This article is not a project-specific technical assessment or a promise of compensation.
