Setting up a shared dealer scorecard
A shared scorecard works best when both sides can trace a number back to the same records.
A practical approach
Define what counts as submitted, accepted, installed and canceled. Agree on the reporting period and treatment of reopened projects. Show volume alongside incomplete submissions and outstanding corrections. Start with a small set of useful metrics rather than a large dashboard whose definitions differ between the dealer and operations team.
Put it into practice
- Define stage counts
- Agree on the reporting period
- Include correction workload
General workflow guidance. Confirm current responsibilities, availability and terms with the appropriate team. This article is not a project-specific technical assessment or a promise of compensation.
