Organizing your first month of sales feedback
Feedback becomes useful when you can revisit the behavior that prompted it.
A practical approach
Keep a simple record of the date, situation, feedback and next practice step. Group repeated observations so you can see patterns. At your next coaching conversation, show what you changed and ask whether the improvement is visible. Avoid collecting so many goals that none receives enough focused practice to become a habit.
Put it into practice
- Record the specific behavior
- Group recurring feedback
- Bring evidence of a change
