Using field photos responsibly
A photo should answer a project question, not become an unnecessary collection of personal information.
A practical approach
Explain the purpose and obtain appropriate permission before taking project photos. Use the approved upload flow and label what the image shows. Avoid including people, identification documents or unrelated private spaces when they are not needed. Do not treat a quick exterior image as a substitute for a qualified assessment of hidden conditions.
Put it into practice
- Explain the photo’s purpose
- Use the approved upload route
- Label the visible condition
